iLEAD is equipped and maintained to provide adequate means of evacuation to avoid undue danger to life and property. iLEAD has 3 fire exits, numerous fire extinguishers and fire balls. There are fire alarms placed in all classrooms and throughout the corridors, also there are smoke detectors in the washrooms. iLEAD has a proper security management and not very prone to accidents. iLEAD campus provides all safety and security to its students, faculties and staffs.

We as an institution try our best to look after the security of our students and staffs and our campus facilities assures that. For the better functionality of this cause we have installed CCTV cameras at every corner of the campus, be it the classes, hangout zones or the corridors.
All the cameras are well working and night vision cameras. We have a 24*7 surveillance all around the campus. For the easy access of the students and faculties we have people appointed in the control room who can access to the recorded files as and when needed.

It is not unknown that a teacher plays a crucial role in a student’s overall academic as well as personality development. Being a teacher comes with a lot of respect as well as responsibility. iLEAD has a faculty board of members consisting of people with a vast experience in their field or area of expertise. They are capable of imparting knowledge as well as values to the students that will give them exposure as well as train them for the long run. The iLEAD campus has all the necessary teaching aids required for everyday smooth functioning.

Such are the values and beliefs that are inculcated in the minds of the people at iLEAD. We have a designated team of maintenance staff responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the campus. Housekeeping staff is in-charge of organizing, supervising and maintaining everything in the classrooms, cafeterias, gardens, turf, etc. Time-to-time cleaning and sanitizing of different areas in the campus multiple times a day is a must. Taking care of the plants and eco-friendly elements in the campus, organizing and keeping a track of the books in the library, improving efficiency and productivity in the workflow and other things are amongst the many duties of the housekeeping staff.

iLEAD has two auditoriums present in its main campus. One being the “Dale Carnegie Auditorium” which is also referred to as the “Seminar Hall” and the other being the “New Auditorium” or the “Main Auditorium”.
The Dale Carnegie Auditorium has a very corporate kind of structure and look to it which makes it the perfect fit for housing all kinds of formal events such as seminars, workshops, panel discussions and more. The New Auditorium has a vast space, aesthetic interiors and lighting facilities which is why this is where all the major big events such as inter-college events and fest, fashion shows, cultural performances, etc. are conducted. Both the auditoriums have computer systems, built-in LED projector, sound systems and all technical requirements for the smooth execution of the events taking place there.
