On February 19, 2023, the NSS Unit of iLEAD collaborated with Kolkata Heroes, a social welfare platform to spread awareness among the public regarding road safety at Phool Bagan, Kankurgachi.

The students jotted down a number of road safety measures that should be followed while driving on the road or being a pedestrian. Holding the placards loud and proud they roamed about the street of Kolkata gaining attention and spreading awareness.

The Kolkata Police and many influential people took a halt to appreciate the cause and praise the initiative. They also took a picture with the students and floated it on their social media promoting the initiative and appreciating the thought and effort of the young students.
