Prof Bhowmic has been associated with iLEAD since April 2023. Prior to this position she was working as Assistant Professor of Hospital Management Department at NIMAS College, Barasat. She has been associated with ABS Academy, Durgapur as Assistant Professor of Hospital Management Department. Prior to that, she was also associated with corporate hospitals- The Mission Hospital Durgapur, Columbia Asia Hospital Salt Lake, Royal Care Hospital Raniganj.
She has been working in the Health Care industry since 2013, and now she is into academics since 2019 and has taught papers like Hospital and Health System, Hospital Overview, Hospital Operations Management, Medical Records Management, Health Care Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, Support and Utility Services, Career Planning Technique, Leadership.
As a Health Care professional she received Best Employee Award in 2017,besides academics she has achieved Sangeet Ratna, Sangeet Vivakar and Sangeet Visharad in Rabindra Sangeet, Bharatnatyam and Rabindra Nritya respectively .
