iLEAD – The Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Development is a world-class premier institute based in Kolkata. Mr. Pradip Chopra

Chairman, iLEAD

Mr. Pradip Chopra is the Chairman of iLEAD and PS Group. He did his graduation in Chemistry from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata in 1973. Thereafter, he took many part-time courses especially on General Management, Hotel Management and German language courses for three years. He has been teaching soft skills to the students of St. Xavier’s College, J.D. Birla Institute & iLEAD for 20 years. He has trained over 20,000 students till date. He has also trained over 5,000 students in Real Estate & Entrepreneurship at iLEAD and EDI Ahmedabad and regularly mentors startups on Real Estate and other emerging businesses. He is invited regularly to speak on Real Estate, Soft Skills, Life skills and emerging business opportunities by various Chamber of Commerce and Trade associations. He has also authored books on Real Estate/Management/Personality Development/Life Skills for the benefit of students and public in general.

Ms. Pragya Chopra

Executive Director, iLEAD

With 17 years of global experience Ms. Pragya Chopra has worked in organisations like Randstad India, Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Planman Consulting. She also holds a masters degree in Business Administration (PGDA) in marketing and systems from IIMM, Pune (Gold Medalist), 2003. She has been with iLEAD since its inception in the year 2010 and supervised Academics, Marketing and Human Resources departments. She initiated a series of innovative steps to strengthen academic, extra-curricular, co-curricular activities and improve academic work culture among students and faculty.
