Arunima Hazra has been associated with iLEAD College as Assistant Professor in the Department of Management since 2024. Before joining iLEAD, she served as a Visiting Lecturer at Adamas University and was also affiliated with Brainware University. Her prior experience includes roles in prominent corporates such as ONGC, Deloitte, Centre for Environment Education, and Flipkart, where she held managerial positions.
