Assistant Professor at Management Department
Dr. Sengupta has been associated with iLEAD since July 2024. Prior to this position she was working as Faculty of Management at Bengal Institute of Business Studies. She has also been associated with Techno India University and Avlon Shiksha Niketan.
She has been teaching full time since 2021 and has taught papers like Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Labour Laws and Compensation Management.
