iLEAD hosted a seminar on the topic of 'The Ideal Entrepreneur' on November 28th, 2023 at the campus. The seminar was conducted by Mr. Rahul Agarwal, Founder of Ideal Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Agarwal provided invaluable insights on entrepreneurship to students. He also shared the perks of working in an insurance company. Also, he discussed about the roadblocks an entrepreneur faces in his journey towards success.
Mr. Agarwal shared how to overcome failure and how to take lessons from both failure and rejection.
The interactive session ended with a question answer-session from students.
