The new students of the iLEAD School of Science and Technology had the opportunity to attend a sessionon Optometry during their departmental orientation on August 7th, 2023. Dr. Debapriya Mukhopadhyay conducted the session. Dr. Mukhopadhyay holds key managerial positions at Lenskart. He is also globally associated with several universities.
Dr. Debapriya Mukhopadhyay spoke at the workshop about the roles of an optometrist in preventing blindness in India and also discussed the career scopes after pursuing optometry.
It was a successful workshop with the participation of highly enthusiastic students of the Department of Optometry.
