The new students of the iLEAD School of Science and Technology attended a session during their departmental orientation on August 8th, 2023. Ms. Sumana Kundu Sil conducted the session. She is an effective communicator and an expert at maintaining professional relations with corporate clients.
Ms. Sumana Kundu Sil shared her career journey with all the students of Hospital Management and also discussed the workflow of different departments in the Hospital Management sector and motivated the attendees with her thoughts on how to become a good leader.
