The NSS team visited an orphanage called Arunima Hospice on May 18, 2023 as a belated celebration of Mother’s Day. Arunima Hospice is a registered non-governmental organisation (NGO), located at Sakher Bazar, Kolkata. They work in several fields such as Children, Education, Health and Nutrition and more. Also, Arunima Hospice promotes sustainable development.
The students of the NSS team reached the NGO at around 10:30 am. They had a great time with the children at the orphanage. Students of iLEAD had an interactive session with the children and also participated in different games and activities.
