Mentality a Film about mental health was shown to the students of iLEAD on 11th January at the New Auditorium. The film was to help people from running out or be caged in asylums for having psychiatric problems. Dr. Mukesh Lathia is a Board Certified psychiatrist practicing in Michigan, USA for 25 years spoke about mental health addressing the guest. Dr. Mukesh Lathia has been the Chair of Psychiatry Dept. at McLaren Bay Region Hospital, Bay City Michigan for a total of 6 years. He has been a speaker for different pharmaceutical companies- Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson, Eli Lily etc. He is on The Executive Board of American Psychiatric Association Art Council. He is a member of Interfaith Leadership, Saginaw, Michigan. Dr. Sanjay Garg who also addressed the guest is an MBBS MRC Psych (London) CCT (UK) practicing at Fortis Hospital, Kolkata is a Secretary, IAPP West Bengal State Branch Convener. Ethics Sub Committee, IPS Secretary and IMA NW Calcutta Founder, EUNOIA.
