Placement portal, makautplacement.com was launched at JW Marriott, Kolkata on 28th June in the presence of Honourable Education Minister, Government of Bengal Dr Partha Chatterjee, Vice Chancellor of MAKAUT Prof Saikat Maitra, iLEAD Chairman Mr Pradip Chopra, Additional Director at Directorate of Tech Education (Govt of West Bengal ) Dr Amalendu Basu, Director of IIEST Shibpur Prof Ajoy Kumar Ray and many others.
Created by iLEAD, makautplacement.com is a first of its kind placement portal in India. It contains information about skilled and qualified job seeking students from 196 affiliated colleges under MAKAUT. It is a unique database of all students from MAKAUT colleges who can be selected for internships and placements by the prospective employers. This portal will also enable companies to post placement or internship opportunities. It is an integrated interactive interface between the industry and the academic world.
