The Management Club of iLEAD hosted a power-packed session titled “Crack IT – The Interview Hack” on 8th February 2024 to prepare students for the dynamic and competitive world of IT careers. The event featured Mr. Abhirup Bannerjee, the Chief HR Strategist of GRIP Consultant, as the keynote speaker. Mr. Bannerjee brought a wealth of industry knowledge to the table, offering students a rare glimpse into what top companies truly look for in a candidate with years of experience in recruitment and strategic hiring.
