Dr. Ishita Datta Ray has been associated with iLEAD since 2015. Prior to this position she was a faculty member of PCMT, EIILM and eTH, Kolkata.

She has been teaching in the management field since 2004. In the undergraduate programme, she has been teaching Mathematics, Statistics, Research Methods and Economics. In the postgraduate Programme, she is responsible for Managerial Economics, Research Methodology, Business Environment and Entrepreneurship Management.

Dr. Datta Ray was associated with University of Calcutta and Viswa bharati University as a guest faculty in the Department of Management for several years. She attended Faculty Development Programmes at IIM-Ahmadabad and IIM-Bangalore. She has participated as trainer for the Indian Audit and Accounts Department for the training of their Direct Recruit Officers.
