On August 10th 2019, iLEAD hosted the screening of Nez Moving Pixels' movie 'Glorious Dead'.
Glorious Dead is a revolutionary movie. It is entirely shot with a single iPhone at four locations of Grasse, Cannes, Tinchuley and Varanasi.
Directed by Maverick Filmmaker SudeepRanjan Sarkar, Glorious Dead caught the notice of Apple and the Father of Smartphone Cinema Prof. Carl Bardos.
He honored SudeepRanjan Sarkar and Rita Jhawar, the producer of Glorious Dead, at American pavilion at Cannes Film Festival 2019.
Before the screening, Director SudeepRanjan Sarkar, gave demonstration of the phone and some of its equipment that helped him to shoot the movie.
Producer Rita Jhawar, actors Parijat Chakraborty and Rashmi Sharma also talked about the film in detail.
'Glorious Dead' received positive appreciation from the students of iLEAD who were inspired to create high quality films in low budget using smartphone technology.
