Mrs. Somasree Mal (Prodhan) has been associated with iLead as a Technical Faculty. Earlier she had worked here as a guest faculty on behalf of Revolucion from September 2021 -April 2023.
Prior to this position she proved her expertise in handling real life production level Linux servers at her previous organizations – she was engaged with S.N.Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences, State Central Library Network. Handling Cloud Servers, Mail Servers, Web Servers, Firewall, new generation Automations are her key skills. She alone administered the state central library network spread across West Bengal districts with all district Library servers and network infrastructure.
Full multi language Govt. level website for State Central Library with multi-language URL facility developed by her are counted as first Govt level multi language unicode Websitetoo. All the servers she managed were protected with her unique industry standard firewall rules along with her own programming automation to handle all types of cyber security incidents that were security audited also by her and successfully with no downtime. She was also associated with West Bengal Electronics Industry Development Corporation Limited – Webel (A Govt. of WB Undertaking) to provide prestigious industry standard global certification training on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Certification, Red Hat Openstack Cloud, Storage, Cisco CCNA etc as well as Python, Shell scripting, Database Administration as she holds multiple global certifications on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Cloud computing. Under her guidance and training on global certifications a good number of students with non-technical education background placed on multiple MNCs and are working successfully.
