The Academic and Literary Club of iLEAD organized the biggest pop culture celebration at iLEAD, PLAYLIT- a comic-con for all, on the 12th of January 2023.
With the walls adorned with mesmerizing artworks done by the participants of Artists' Alley, the event began with an interactive Panel Discussion consisting of esteemed panelists cum faculties including, Ms. Mom Mitra, Mr. Annesh Thakur, Mr. Sourav Mukherjeeand the moderator Ms. Sukanya Das.
This was followed by Popcult Cosplay, where the participants showed up in stunning, well-designed and styled costumes, walked their talk and vice versa.They went onto embody their favourite pop culture character, ranging from Cat Woman to Jethalal!
The thematic area had participants posing for the photos. PLAYLIT had everyone dressing up as the pop culture character they resonate with the most, be it the mentors or the students.
The event came to a grand ending with the Prize Distribution ceremony.
