Job Summary:
As the Business Head of the School of Management, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the business aspects of the school. You will work closely with the Dean/Principal and the senior management to develop and implement strategies that enhance the school’s financial stability, analyzing Profit & Loss, reputation, and growth. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including financial management, strategic planning, marketing, business development, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. Financial Management:
• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
• Analyze Profit and Loss statements, monitor financial performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement cost- saving measures.
• Oversee revenue generation through various channels, including tuition fees, grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Financial Management:
• Work with the Dean/Principal to define the strategic goals and objectives.

• Identify and leverage industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the school’s curriculum and competitive advantage.
3. Operational Efficiency:
• Streamline and optimize administrative processes to ensure efficient operations within the school.
• Oversee facilities management, IT infrastructure, and other operational aspects to support the smooth functioning of the school.
• Implement quality assurance measures to maintain and enhance the school’s academic standards and accreditation requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the school’s business operations.
Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in business administration or a related field is required. A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is desirable.
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the education sector, preferably in a business school.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful business development strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing principles and practices.
