Prof Ghosh has been associated with ILEAD since July 2024. Prior to this position he was working as Assistant Professor of Hotel and Hospitality Management department and Officer-in-Charge at NIMAS College, Barasat.He has also been associated with Kingston Educational Institute,Barasat.
He has been teaching full time in Hotel and Hospitality Management since 2021, and has taught papers like Food and Beverage Service, Bar Management, Mixology.
