Principal of iLEAD
Dr Soumen Chatterjee, is a graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi and a post graduate from Indian Institute of Technology-ISM (IIT-ISM), Dhanbad. He has completed his PhD from Department of Business Administration, University of Burdwan.
He has been working in the capacity of Head of Department, Department of Management Studies, NSHM Knowledge Campus, followed by Principal and Dean at Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group of Institutions prior to joining iLEAD.
He has several academic papers published in National and International journals of repute. He has presented research papers in National and International seminars and conferences as well. He has been awarded with the outstanding award in 2nd National Convention on Responsible Leadership at XLRI, Jamshedpur and Teaching Training Excellence award by Indian Society of Training & Development (ISTD) Vadodara Chapter. He has been associated as examiner with Lincon University, Malaysia and a member of the International Editorial Review Board for IGI Global, USA. He is also a life member of TERA (Teaching & Education Research Association) promoted by Eurasia Research.
He has a rich industry experience and has handled many government projects under West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation, Government of West Bengal and offered consultancies to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise, Government of India.
Area of Interest His area of interest is in Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Educational Leadership, Distributed Team Management.
