On August 26th 2019, a career oriented resume building session was conducted at iLEAD.
The session was specifically for the final year BBA students and was organized in association with the Corporate Relations Team at iLEAD.
Mr. Adarsh Tandon (Assistant Vice President - Business Training of HSBC Securities, Kolkata), conducted the session with the students at the event.
He talked in length about importance of emotional quotient in the corporate council, emphasis on job experience in contrast to higher degrees and understanding one's USP.
He also went on to conduct a session on resume building practice for the students.
The students acknowledged that the session was highly advantageous to them and would help them understand the corporate requirements better.
