A Motivational Seminar on Women Empowerment: Proud to Be a Champion

On December 17, 2024, iLEAD witnessed a dynamic and inspiring seminar on Women’s Empowerment organised by the Corporate Relations Club at New Auditorium. The event, designed to ignite passion and purpose in the hearts of every participant, brought together some of the most influential voices in leadership, education, and social change. Dr Soumen Chatterjee, Principal of iLEAD, and Mr Sanjoy Bhattacharya, HR Head at iLEAD, had the honour of felicitating the esteemed speakers Mr Ramkrishna Jaiswal and Ms Anindita Paul Dutta, acknowledging their immense contributions toward spreading the message of empowerment and positive change.

Mr. Ramkrishna Jaiswal, Consulate of Maldives, is a renowned motivational speaker, corporate leadership trainer, philanthropist, social entrepreneur, and writer. His impactful words echoed through the auditorium as he shared his wisdom on the significance of education, confidence, and happiness. "Be the best of yourself... happiness is a bundle of joys. Find a reason to be always happy," he said, leaving the audience with profound reflections on self-empowerment.

Ms Anindita Paul Dutta, Emerging CHRO at XLRI and Assistant Vice President and Head of HR at Madhu Jayanti International Pvt. Ltd., delivered a powerful address. She passionately emphasised the need to unite and ignite a learning revolution for girls, reminding the audience of the importance of collaboration in creating a better future for women everywhere. "We need to be together to ignite a learning revolution for girls," she said, urging all present to take action and support the cause of women's empowerment.

The seminar concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Mr.Sanjay Bhattacharya, HR Head at iLEAD, who encouraged the audience to empower every girl and woman and to remind single women everywhere to "hit back" with confidence and strength.
