On September 26th 2019, a second edition of Symposium was organized by the Students Affairs Council for the media science students of iLEAD.
Symposium II, like its first edition, provided an opportunity to students to talk about various media related topics to enhance their public speaking abilities.
The topics on which the students spoke are 'How does different media firms observe different political parties or their schemes', 'how is government influencing the journalist ideals of the country', 'choosing the information wisely from media houses', 'the story barely reported by Indian media' and 'fake journalism'.
Ronit Kumar Singh from BMS 5B was awarded the first prize in Symposium II 2019. Astha Agarwal from BMS 3A bagged the second position.
They had spoken on the topics of 'How does different media firms observe different political parties or their schemes' and 'how is government influencing the journalist ideals of the country' respectively.
