Dr Ghosh has been associated with Ilead since November,2021. Prior to this position she was working as a Faculty in Communicative English at La Martiniere SEOMP Society.

Her PhD thesis is titled “Masculinities in Hindi Cinema: A Feminist Perspective”. She was a PhD scholar at Centre for Studies in Social Sciences, Calcutta. Her research concentrate on the representation of ‘new’ man within Bollywood at the times of globalization. Her intervention in the field is from feminist perspective. She has also completed a master degree in History.

Dr Ghosh aims to bridge her research insights with her teaching capacity and wish to evolve as a Film Scholar with nuance understanding of the field.
