Prof Saradeeya has been associated with iLEAD since September 2023. Prior to this position she was freelancing as an assistant director and editor in productions of Mumbai and Kolkata.She has also been associated with Teach for India, Mumbai as a teaching fellow.
She has been teaching full time in Film and Television department since 2023, and is teaching both theory and practical papers in the department.
