On 25th March 2025, iLEAD hosted a powerful and insightful session titled "Train the Trainer" at the Dale Carnegie Auditorium, specially designed for our Business Management Faculty Members. This interactive workshop focused on refining teaching strategies and enhancing classroom engagement.
The session was led by the distinguished Dr. Debasish Chakraborty, COO & Chief Mentor at Global Scholastic. A seasoned academic and mentor, Dr. Chakraborty holds a doctorate in International Finance and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience in global education practices and faculty development.
In a two-hour session, Dr. Chakraborty empowered the faculty with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and innovative methodologies to foster a more dynamic and impactful learning environment. One of the most compelling takeaways from the workshop was his emphasis on the importance of building trust between faculty and students. According to Dr. Chakraborty, trust is not only the foundation of an effective learning environment, but also a defining trait of true leadership in education.
From understanding student psychology to developing strategies for interactive teaching, the session was a transformative experience for all participants.
