Ms. Ghosh has joined iLEAD in January 2018 and she is currently working as a Faculty in Management Studies Department. Prior to this position she was working as an Assistant Professor in the Humanities Department at Gargi Memorial Institute of Technology, Kolkata and as a full time faculty in English at Indian Institute of Hotel Management. She has also worked as part-time faculty in English and Business Communications at Techno Indian College, Rajarhat and Heritage Institute of Technology. She has also conducted language classes in the summer program of American Institute of Indian Studies.

She has done M.Phil in Comparative Literature from the Department of Comparative Literature, Jadavpur University. She has done masters and graduation in the same discipline from the same department and university. Besides this she has done B.Ed from the Department of Education, Jadavpur University. She also holds a post-graduation diploma degree in Editing and Publishing, from the School of Cultural Text and Records, Jadavpur University and a certificate in French Language, from Jadavpur University.

In the Under-Graduate program she teaches English, Business Communication and Personality Development. In the Post-Graduate Program she teaches Comparative Media Studies, and so on.

Translated articles in the Reader entitled Women Writing Gender: Translations from Bangla Periodicals 1864-1947, which has been published jointly School of Women’s Studies, Jadavpur University and M/S Bhatkal and Sen, publishers of the imprint Stree.

Received the Scholarship Dalip Singh Memorial Annual Bursary for African Studies in 2012.
