Ms.Punam Dugar is the Vice President, Marketing at iLEAD, Kolkata with close to seven years of work experience. Punam is an MBA graduate (Dean's List) from S.P.Jain with domain expertise in marketing, branding and retailing. Previously she was working as brand manager for Allen Solly in Aditya Birla Group of companies where she was responsible for developing and implementing the national marketing and branding strategies of the brand, including retail and trade marketing initiatives across all channels.

With 13 years of global experience Ms Pragya Chopra has worked in organisations like Randstad India, Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Planman Consulting. She also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (PGDA) in marketing and systems from IIMM, Pune (Gold Medalist), 2003. She has been with iLEAD since its inception in the year 2010 and supervised Academics, Marketing and Human Resources departments. She initiated a series of innovative steps to strengthen academic activities and improve academic work culture among students and faculty.
Under her leadership iLEAD has been ranked the 4th Best Media College of India by KPMG (2016) and also won the prestigious ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India) award for 'Endeavour to become visible in certain SAARC countries' category (2014). At iLEAD she spearheads mega events like Managedia, major iLEAD events like Annual Day, Convocation and sport tournaments like Adrenaline. She has also devised and implemented strategies for marketing and has been responsible for - Revision and Upgradation of Curriculum, International Live Projects by students, Projects from Industries, Seminars, activities by student groups like intra and Inter-College sports, debates, fests and much more.
She also introduced alumni activities at the Institute, conceptualized, implemented and strengthened setting up of Alumni Association for additional thrust to develop, nurture and channelize alumni activities. Apart from initiating and publishing Institute News Letter exclusively for Alumni she has also shouldered responsibility for setting up of systems and processes, implementing strategies for marketing and is also the one in-charge of conceptualizing and organizing all major events of the institute.
